We accept Paypal or Google Checkout for payments. We DO NOT accept personal checks.
Shipping Charge - USPS
We use USPS. The shipping cost will vary depending on the value, weight and the destination to where the package will be shipped. You will be able to view the estimated shipping cost in the shopping cart before checking out or simply clicking on the USPS calculated (click to check) ” tab at the right of item picture of the page.
Address Correction Fee & Return Shipping Charge - USPS
Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly.If an item is returned to us for any reason by the post office as undeliverable, wrong address, etc. it will only be sent back to you with a repayment of the shipping and handling fee. We ship to the address given by Paypal or Google Checkout which is their policy. We don't know where you live, so address mistakes are not our errors nor do we cover the cost of them. If you choose not to pay the shipping and handling fee for us to reship your package, you will only receive a refund of the cost of the item less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping
Items that are in stock will ship within 48 hours after you place your order. (We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders might take 24-48 hours to process. If there is a delay you will be contacted immediately. Excepte Origami roses bouquet items. The handling time will be took 3-4 weeks to finish.
Delivery confirmation
We send you a delivery confirmation number with each order telling you either that the package has shipped that day or will ship on a particular day. You can check your order's status at www.usps.com
Return
Returns are accepted if I am contacted within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be returned in exact condition as sent. Once a return is agreed upon, the item must be sent back within 48 hours and received within 5 days after that. Buyer pay the return shipping cost. A full refund of the purchase price less 15% restocking fee will be processed within 48 hours of receiving.
